Client Relationship Manager
Being the Client Relationship Manager here at Paragon Financial encompasses many different elements, but at its core, my role is to serve as an advocate for our clients needs and wishes. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, handling client events, or simply calling clients to see if there is anything new they need help with, I leave no stone unturned in my efforts to successfully support them, along with the rest of the team here at Paragon.
My mission is customer satisfaction. I take pride in building strong relationships with our clients, and recognize the importance of making sure they always feel valued and appreciated. I am persistent in my efforts, but kind and thoughtful, always being sure to set realistic expectations.
I work well under pressure and stay organized to balance my day. I am constantly switching gears and am task oriented. My skills are perfectly suited to the energetic bustle of our team environment.
After spending twenty years working at BB&T Capital Markets in institutional equity sales, when my department was closed, I decided to seek out a new challenge. I had always wanted a more client facing role, and to be a part of a team that was growing. When I found this job at Paragon I knew it was the right fit.
Outside of the office I keep myself just as busy as I do when I’m in it. For the past two years, I have co-led a medical mission team with Friends of Barnabas to Honduras. I also enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and exercise. I reside in Manakin Sabot with my husband, Roger, and our beagle.
