Patricia Hall

As the Compliance and Operations Manager, my role is to manage general operations for the firm in a way that facilitates and upholds the desired growth of the Paragon team. It’s my job to make sure the business runs as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensure our team can dedicate their time and expertise to providing the best client experience possible.

I’m passionate about the work that I do, and staunchly believe in treating individuals the way that I would like to be treated. I’m driven by the desire to do the very best I can, and make our clients feel the best that they can.

I attended the New York Institute of Technology, where I gained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. I’ve worked in the finance industry for over 15 years and my experience ranges from operation, supervision and compliance. I’m able to function in any capacity within the financial services industry with great understanding of how to put our clients first.

I currently reside in Fredericksburg, VA with my husband, Robert and our two boys (Robert Jr. aka RJ, 7, and Kyle, 4). Craving a change in culture and work life balance, we relocated from Hempstead, NY four years ago and it was the best decision that we made. Nothing makes me happier than getting to spend time with my guys.
